Have not been able to spend and of the gold or gems at the store crashes 50 time out of 50 I try to access it.

My issue is similar. I've tried to fix it via re-downloading the game, and re-entering my account info. Everytime I go to access the store I get a blank white page that pops up instead. My friends who have looked at it are also baffled. (they work with troubleshooting websites) It has been like this for about 5 months. When I had access, I didn't use it often to to personal financial situation. Now that I have spare money I'd love to buy more gems.

It's 2021 and I still have the same problem. I can normally check out everything in the shop but as soon as I want to purchase gems or anything (except packs for gold) I just get a blank white page after loading and nothing happens. A solution for this in the near future would be great, except if you don't want/need our money anymore but in that case you could just give each of us a full set of all the cards...

I have a similar problem. When I'd like to access the store I get a white pop up and nothing else.

status page indicates a bunch of stuff is under "maintenance" on 11/19. store isn't indicated, but I think at this point any sort of update is a good sign

As I see many others also have tested as I have, this has been an 4 day issue for me. The issues page says the store is good, but shows "waiting on server" even after a few hours. The game operates "normally" otherwise.

Their arena status page is a joke. all these reports of the waiting on server scree, and they have the gall to write 'no incidents reported' for the last two days.

Me too, third day in a row with this problem, the rest of the game is okay but when trying to access to the store the game crash and the connectin to server message stays there the whole time. I've left the program open for 3 days and it never finnish

server dont stop loading and fail since 3 days at open store
