Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

I have tried 2 different computers, and I get this constantly (on my account). My wife's account does not have this issue. I have purchased from the store in the past using paypal, but I don't believe we've used paypal on her account. Could this be paypal related? Anyway, WOTC can't get anymore of my sweet, sweet greenbacks until this gets resolved. I have reinstalled, updated password, forwarded ports - nothing has resolving this.

I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, and tried it again, and the store is still just a loading screen. What am I gonna do with all this money I have that I used to buy gems with now?

Seems server-side since reinstall, dns, winsock, and vpn workarounds didn't work. The good news is that log shows: "[13758] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." As a software engineer in a previous life, these types of errors are much easier to fix than memory leaks and other types of bugs. It's concerning that the issue has existed since January, but I think once this gets enough votes and an engineer sits down to investigate, it shouldn't be too difficult to fix.

same here. first 2 days worked just fine, now ive got some gold and stuff it shows me waiting for server as long as i keep the game running.
even tried the msg.exe codes (the whole ipconfig thingys) but nothing.
i mean...its not a absolut "i cant play mtg anymore"-bug but its annoying since i want to get some cards or even buy the premium event stuff and i just cant. seems like they dont want my money :P (just kiddin') -

stuck on load screen ive tried for 3 diffrent days now and i wait for almost 20 minutes each time multipule times screen not frozen but will not let me do anything after i click store i have to force close game and then re open to do anything. need a fix!!!

Same issue as everyone else. I cannot access the store at all, and if I click on the tab it throws me into a perpetual loading screen from which the only escape is to quit the game.
