Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

"Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast! It appears that this issue has already been reported to us.". This was part of the reply when I reported this bug to mtga support. So what is your move now mtga/wotc? When will this get resolved, And how do you plan to compensate us players who can't access the store?

Same here on this same stupid issue. No troubleshoot suggestions work.
Been happening since the 16th. Have to Alt + F4 to hard close the application.

Same issue, started 11/16. Any ETA on this ? Will be going on 3 days now and I can't buy drafts, which is the entire point of the app. Pretty huge fail.

Same issue. Everyone else I know that plays does not have an issue with this. Just mine. Is there a file to delete or something? I'm trying to finish the season which ends very soon. Need to spend money.

I can connect with the in game store now for several days. Tried logging out. restarting client, restarting computer, uninstalling and reinstalling software. The store registers as having new products every day but when i click on it to go to the store, i never connect.

same issue as the last few posts in mid-November of 2020. Store access just spins "Waiting for the Server" for any amount of time, but never loads. Rest of the game works fine. Fix this.

I cannot access the store. It comes up as an infinite loading screen. I have deleted and redownloaded the game but it's still there and has been since 11/16/2020. pls fix this so that I can continue giving you my money.

Using PC platform. Same problem. I have used the steps of complete reinstall, I have flushed DNS, reset the Winsock, I went to a public DNS, I purchased a **** VPN to try, and reformatted PC. Something is wrong in the **** code... Fix it wizards please... or I will ask for a complete refund of every dollar I have spent on this game as I cannot compete without getting any new packs as they release. And I believe every other person with these issues should be given the same complete refund if this re-occurring issue keeps up.

Same problem just stuck with endless waiting for server, I even uninstalled the program and redownloaded it and it still does it. It's not worth uninstalling so just wait for an update.

You would think 4 hours of trying would yield some results... and what about compensation? Is my time I am spending waiting and trying to use this store to BUY product worth anything? I'll expect the store issue to be fixed. I'm more mad about the auto-idiots telling people its a connection issue... it's not. I can sign my roommate in and use his store on his account... but not mine... using the same computer btw. so, yeah, store issue.
