Same issue, mine on Historic Play running on Windows 10. It wouldn't allow me to concede either. Only mascot animations were still responsive.
I mention it since I see somebody else mentioning the same in other comment, I was playing a valkyries deck, it froze after my turn.

My game froze after playing Righteous Valkyrie. I could inspect and interact with the battlefield but my spell wouldn't resolve. It ended up using a timer on me like I was sitting idle, but eventually it stopped using my timeouts.

i had the same issue in a quick draft as well and also just now in ranked, with the quickdraft i end processed because i couldn't bring myself to click concede lmao and this time in ranked after about a minute it told me i lost connection to the server. with the quick draft it neither gave me a loss now a win and let me continue but it was garbage because i was winning and then went on to lose 3 in a row lmao, hopefully they send us some tokens or boosters as a consolation prize
