Had a simular issue, user had 3 timeouts left but after the main timeout it just stalled. [See screenshot] its been like that for some time, only solution is to abanded game. :-(
I like to win or lose not get just aboanded game.

Got the same thing. Opponent's turn went on forever after a reconnection. UI was responsive, but didn't indicate any disconnection. Concede button didn't do anything.

same issue for me, joined the Jump In! event and the very first game my opponent is on the play, they don't do anything, they time out but the game just stays stuck on the hourglass instead of passing to my turn.

I closed the client window thinking maybe it was an issue on my end but when I restarted Arena it just goes to a screen that says 'waiting for opponent' and I can't do anything (can't even concede). So now Arena is completely unusable to me.

Same thing just happened to me, I'm not conceding due to this bug. I can prove it's been stuck like this for forever yet I don't think WOTC gives a **** about this bug at all. Since we still see people commenting here from time to time.

Having the same issue today in the open Draft, games just stuck and the timer isn't even rolling over.

I am currently experiencing similar issue. Timer for opponent never came up and it is just stuck. I attached a screenshot.

Why doesnt oponent concede? We should report conduct.

My opponent was taking their turn when they went idle. But even after 20 minutes, the rope never appeared. I'm just stuck waiting for them to take an action or complete their turn, forever.

I'm not having any issues whatsoever with internet connectivity. Game UI is still fully functioning, my opponent is apparently just allowed to idle indefinitely. I'm going to have to quit and receive a loss in a draft I was winning. Very frustrating.

Opponent used up his timeouts and is not losing during a match in the Alchemy event being held 03/18/22. Attached is the screenshot and I still have connection. I am able to interact with the HUD interface and even concede.

Same problem, as you can see from the picture, timer has been frozen for 15 minutes. Hoping the chess clock gives me the win if I wait it out. Doesn't seem to have been a ragequit as it's game 3 turn 0, so unless my opponent got a jank hand and didn't want to risk the mulligan, I can't see them scooping

Standard play, just started the game and got 2 rounds in. Opponent made no moves and the timer expired, however he just never lost the game. Could not concede the match so just had to restart the game. This has happened multiple times on different game modes.

Just occurred with me and an opponent who hasn't made a move/response to my action for over 5mins.

Funny how 2/3 games i get afk's before they've even drawn/mulligan. yet in 1/3 this happens about 25% of the time. Wizards fix your **** lol.

I'm in my FIRST quick draft. my record is 3-2-0. my opponent's time expired and the rope thing ran out. it's been over 19 minutes. Is this some sort of bug or an exploit ? I started recording this about 10 minutes in. are we just suppose to leave the game running ? From this thread, it seems like if i try exit/concede then it will count as my THIRD loss and I'll be eliminated. Say it isn't so please... SO SAD... it is 1:37am... should I just go to bed and leave the game on and hope for the best ? is this really an uncorrected bug ? or is it an exploit ?
