Opponent stuck in timeout
Opponent is not losing due to timeout.
I am playing in the arena sealed event and during the opponent's first main phase he went into time out, but the game is stuck after his timeout expired and the game has been stuck in his main phase for 1 hour.

This is happening to me right now, I've recorded a video of it. players who are using this bug should be banned! this is just a normal best of 1 game in standard play.
Edit: Wizards claim this has been resolved yet this is happening to me since 7am UTC on the 12th almost 12 hours after they claimed it has been resolved!.

Happening again- I'm extrapolating from two data points, but it seems to happen right as I've turned a match around and the opponent is on the back foot. I also notice that when I close the game after these freezes, I don't get marked with a loss when I load it back up- maybe there's some bug that people are exploiting to not take losses for games they're about to lose?

Same thing just happened. Except, a couple mins later, I had a 15mins timer at the top left, telling me I would automatically concede. After that 15mins, the timer actually started increasing from zero (currently at 8mins).
I also couldn't concede. Had to close the game and then when I came back it was like it vanished.
EDIT : Happened in the next game too, on my side this time. Seems to happen when a player uses an ETB effect of a creature on another creature. First game my opponent tried to copy a creature with a Mimic, on the second I tried to exploit my own creature.

Similar situation in Premier Draft Crimson Vow- clock ran down on opponent's first timeout, then it got stuck with no progress.

Playing on windows PC, this just happened to me, too. Only, I am the one with a stuck timer, blocking the game. There general game seems to be alive - I can hear the music, my pet reacts to my clicks and even cards still get zoomed on hover, but my spell is stuck on the stack with empty timer.
No event, just normal ranked match

Can only add myself to this ever growing list of people experiencing this problem. I was playing MTGA (2021.8.50.295.886957) on an iPad (iOS 14.7.1). Even though I was clearly winning my player was more patient so I eventually conceded.

Experiencing the same issue as described in this thread by dozens of people. After a great deal of waiting, I received a disconnect notification (and a loss).

I'm stuck in that same loop as well. My opponent still has not had a timer after 5 minutes of inactivity. If this is the way to cheat the system then it seems like a pretty easy fix. I'm looking at some pretty old complaints about this and the fact that it hasn't been fixed is concerning. I think it also needs to be made known on the app store as well. This is just straight up cheating.

I just had this happen in MTG Arena on iOS, in the current brawl event. Can't believe people reported this bug over a year ago and this is still happening?
I played vivien, and the opponent took no action and timer ran down, but the game got stuck.
