Fighting with deathtouch does not work.
When the Kogla entered the battlefield for the opponent he was tapped out, and he fought one of my creatures, with the ability on the stack i gave it deathtouch, which resolved, then the fight resolved and my creature died whilst his Kogla remained. Please look into this
