Also getting this error. After I draft, if I try to check the deck details, it will crash. When I re-open the deck builder for the draft, I have to re-select the cards I want in my deck.

Arena crashes on ipad about half the time I go to deck building.

I did redeem a code in the Store and after that a new deck was added to my account (see attached) screenshot.

I cannot open, edit or delete that deck and every time that try to do it, the game crashes.

My client version is 2022.15.10.4112.929304 (Windows/PC)

Could you please check it?

Same issue as Adri_Opi#44679 . I hadn't played for a long time and I just resumed but I get disconnected as soon as I go to the decks page. I created a new account and it does not log me out. So there must be a conflict with the cards I have in my decks.

I have the same issue as Ragbo#68325. The system crashes when I enter the decks and just pass the mouse over them... No errors displayed. The application closes itself and I have to relaunch it myself. Very annoying!!

No excess of decks in my case. I currently have 65/75 decks after I managed to stay on the deck builder and delete some of them (before that I had 72/75). As soon as I closed the app and reopened it again the problem keeps happening most of the time (99/100 times the app crashes).

I had 78/75 decks, so I could not build a new one : the system wanted me to delete somes before I can do a new one.
So, I deleted one deck (a prebuilt, I did not make it) : it was OK.
I tried to delete a second one and the game exited suddenly.

Now, as soon as I launch the game and I go to the deck build screen and just fly the mouse on a deck, the game exit suddenly (not even I click, just pass the mouse on a deck).

So, I cannot delete any more a deck, and I cannot build a new one because I have too much of them...

Blocked...

Similar here. Since the latest update my PC client crashes no matter the deckbuilder's state - I can open up the deckbuilder, leave it alone and watch it crash, or open it and try to build a deck just long enough to... Watch it crash. As an input nonspecific crash, it must have something to do with the deckbuilder scene itself. This has consistently occurred through a fresh re-install of the game as well as driver refreshes for everything down to my .NET nd SQL frameworks.

I am capable of -playing- games, just nothing to do with deckbuilding or viewing collection. It simply disconnects me within moments. The part of the game that is terrifying to do on phones is the part I've been involuntarily relegated to dealing with, so I'm simply shelving the game until you can solve the problem.

For the past 24 hours whenever I go to edit a deck or look at making a new one the game crashes. I can do everything else but when the game trys to connect to the server from the deck building menu it just closes.

Same deck, very similar behavior on the PC client; clicking on the triangle icon to expand the deck listing freezes the client. the windows client doesn't crash, just freezes for 60 seconds with the windows spinner... but then seems to recover.

To reproduce on the mac: open specific deck. Search for "lotus". click on lotus field 2x. (I have one copy owned). click on the triangle-on-horizontal bar center screen to hide the search area and show my deck. rainbow spinner appears, client crashes. Every time.

This is happening with me on the new mac client regularly. i can edit a few things, but the mac client will regularly crash editing one of my decks.

For the last few weeks I cannot enter the deckbuilder or the system will experience an error and close. I can play the game using decks I have built, but cannot create a new deck or edit a deck. It is not a single issue, if I reopen Arena and go back to deckbuilder it crashes again and again
