missing cards from collection
for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.
So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.
i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.
how can i leave the game with an idea of a deck... and when i came back, the cards just arent there... i've been tempted to buy some of the bundles... but just can't trust if the money will be thrown to garbage.
love to know if any one has notices this into their collection and what were the solution for it.
if i need to build a deck with all my collection, its ok. but tell me! i dont want to feel cheated.
dont make this excellent game go to nowhere!!

I've been sending mails for a month. A MONTH. One day I decided to craft all the mythics left from Kaldheim and few days after that the cards were missing. All I got was "I see that cards were added to your account". I KNOW THEY WERE ADDED, THANKS A LOT. THE THING IS THAT NOW I DON'T HAVE THEM. All I need for them is to check how many Kayas I crafted and compare with my collection. I am a programer, I know how it works. The they can continue with the rest of the mythics

I am sure I had 1 copy of ascendant spirit, graven lore and search for glory but mtg arena deleted them for no apparent reason. Recently I cracked open some boosters and the cards I have mentioned above were given me as "first" and I am super annoyed and frustrated by that. So, what is the point of paying for this game if my cards (which I tried very hard to get them) disappear for good? If you cannot manage to run a game which hundreds of thousands of people pay for in this pandemic in order to get a slight relief from the mundanes of life, what is the point of building a collection? I don't want to quit the game for good because of this silly issues. We demand an answer, wizards?

Ya, same here. Bug hasn’t gotten fixed and they don’t care. They literally told me that we can’t lose cards, yet here we are, without a bunch of cards we paid for.
I mean, what’s the point of paying for this game when we don’t get what we paid for? I’m so disappointed in this company.

Has anyone found a solution yet? I have the similar issue as ObjectivelyBadGamer does... I literally played the starter merfolk deck when I started playing the game and now I come back and every single one of those decks are gone, and the cards as well. I had 2 History of Benalia cards or whatever its called ( I crafted one and got the other from the free deck) and now I only have 1 copy, I assume it is the one I crafted. :/

I just lost a planes walker due to this bug, it is really annoying. That is a main feature of the game, why it does not work properly?

Just recently started playing again, and just did the same thing. Checked through my old cards and found I'm missing almost every card from my B/W Vampire deck as well as several other decks (such as the Ravnica starters)
I logged a lot of hours on those cards and worked my butt off to craft most of them so its really sad to see them gone.
Really confused on this and hope there might be an answer

2020-Nov-8: I'm having the same issue, was uncertain about some cards (was seeing rares I thought I had more of but wasn't absolutely sure) but then I saw an often-drafted common from Throne of Eldraine (Giant's Skewer) that I now own zero of and am sure. So it's not just you.

i just noticed this today...i came here to post exactly what you did...i have had 3 copies of the card "Scute Swarm" for the past 2 weeks almost ...now it is showing that i have zero copies ...i know for a fact i had them cause i had them in a life gain from creatures ETB and +1 +1 counters from them ETB deck that was so insane i would dc from it time to time lol....so where have they mysteriously gone!

I got Dragon Hatchling in a jumpstart deck, but now I can't find it anywhere. It is still in my jumpstart deck, but nowhere else. I can't even find it by searching.
