The Ozolith
During gameplay on my turn before combat, although The Ozolith text reads "you may move all counters," I could not pass and the game was forcing me to click an opponents creature vice just passing on the option to remove counters. I was forced to use all timeouts, so the bug needs to be fixed.

Targeting is mandatory for the trigger, the moving of counters on resolution is not.

You can't choose to not move counters from the Ozolith to a creature at the top of your turn and get timeout unless you do. I play on an iMac

Same... I've conceded a couple of games because of this.

I am also experiencing this issue. Card says "you may" put counters on target creature but there is no option to decline.

His buggy program goes multiple times that makes The Ozolith card force me to put counters on an opponent's card when I run out of creatures !!! When it clearly says "You May"!

The way the ability is worded, you always need to choose a target. It's a bit confusing, but the way to accomplish what you wanted is to select the opponent's creature, then choose the 'Decline' option.
