As many of us I lost my 3 duels in the latest draft (the first two because I thought of some minor inconvienience and the third one to provide you the log) a compensation of some sort would be appreciated due to the loss of time and money.

Bonjour, quand je lance un match, en début de partie, mon écran se fige (crash du jeu) puis il s'arrête totalement. Même après avoir désinstaller le jeu et réinstaller, le problème persiste, un patch bienôt pour corriger le problème?

The latest version keeps crashing during matches. No Re-Login possible until game is lost.

J'ai réinstallé le jeu, puis j'ai changé la langue de Français en Anglais (Options > graphisme > langue) et ça fonctionne mieux, plus de crash a répétition en une heure de jeu.

Same problem since yesterday... can't play, the game crash and cannot reconect....

Do you have a temporary fix ? A value in register to change.
I play in french and i read that it is better to switch in english language.
Screen resolution has been reduced but no effect.
3 times I install this update and it is still not working.

Mucho tiempo perdido, no hay gemas que puedan resarcirlo.

Mucho Mac, mucho baneo pero el juego funciona como el orto. Y no soy F2P para tener que tolerar esas inconsistencias.

Well, I have the same problem and I'm wondering how you guys are going to compensate taking away the first days of the release of a set for some people. Competitive player will get behind now and players may get in trouble for the set mastery if this takes to long. 2 days is already to much. I think Arena should be shut down until its fixed or else compensation should cover all XP and gold potentialy achievable in all the lost days! Sorry for the rant, but I feel this is something no one seems to adress. I play MTG for over 20 years now IRL and on various (read all possible) platforms. Uptil today Arena is the worst experience of them all.

I got a black screen when I start the game. I have installed from wizard.com and from epic games store with the same result.
