The game crashed a lot of times in drafts, and i lose a lot of games because this crashes, i want to be refounded in my gems and gold

Hi,

I got still a black screen when i start the game. At the begin from yesterday, after the updates, it doesn‘t work anymore. I also uninstalled and install 2 times... still not working. Please help

El juego se apaga una vez inicio una partida o incluso antes. Antes nunca me había pasado esto. He comprado varios sobres de M21 y el Pase de Maestría y ahora no puedo jugar ni por clasificaciones ni por recompensas. Perdida de tiempo y dinero. He reinstalado el juego y sigue fallando. Espero una SOLUCIÓN y COMPENSACIÓN debido a estos contratiempos.
Ojalá puedan reparar esto pronto. Para estar así hubiese sido mejor no sacar aún M21. Saludos

Por favor solucionemos el tema del crasheo, ayer gaste mi ficha de draft , la que dan por la preventa y no podia volver a mis match y luego aparecia que perdia, gaste 80 dolares en el juego y no es justo perder por errores del sistema.

hola el juego se me sale en momentos de las partidas especialmente en las partidas de ranked bo3 . Antes de la ultima actualización tenia problemas me tiraba un error de unity 2019.3.9f1_ede740a1c473 algo parecido decía , aveces si me daba tiempo cerraba el juego y volver a entrar ala partida , el caso es que ahora me saca automáticamente y no me deja entrar al juego hasta que finalice la partida la partida que estaba jugando . cual puede ser el problema ? muchas

tengo black screen issues y el juego se cierra solo durante compras y abriendo sobres, en ocaciones antes de empezar una partida, desisntale y reinstale el juego pero parece que persiste el problema

My game started. For a similiar black screen problem their solution was to update the c++ redist x86. This did not work now, but i thought since they made the client 64bit now, maybe we need the c++ redist x64.

I installed it, and the game started immediately. It still a bit laggy, and slow, but at least runs, so i can play some unranked to not lose the daily gold until they make the hotfix.

So anyone who has this black screen at start problem should try to install the vc_redist.x64.exe from here:

The game crash only when i play, not in deckbuilding or drafting. I loss my draft, just beacause i can't restart Mtga and reconnect a match.

black screen and game crash; here you got all error logs. There are Problems with AkSoundEnginge.dll, i did everything i can to solve this Problem but without success….=(

-Login is sometime possible but sometimes blackscreen.
-playing Matches is also possible but after few minutes the game kick me out on Desktop; MTG.exe closed

I dont understand this Problem because every is working fine. No Sound issues, no graphic Issues but the game crashes every time.

I also tried to replace AkSoundEngine.dll without success, installed all .NET versions, new graphic Drivers, reinstalled Win10, reinstalled MTG.exe four times, replaced MTG Download Folder....

Hi I've been facing the party crash during my games for the last two days.
The duel starts and freezes at some point, afterwards I get disconnected and it is impossible to resume.

I have uninstalled the game and reloaded it but the same problem keeps occurring.
Please fix this as soon as possible ;P
