Tjr le même problème le jeux crash a chaque games que je fais

While playing a draft game the game crashed and closed, I opened it again and I waited almost 10 minutes, it didn't start, I lost the game, then I tried again and the same thing happened again, in the end the game didn't load anymore And I ended up losing all the games and the money with which I bought my draft token.

J'avais ce problème également, depuis la dernière mise à jour.
Certains ont résolu le problème en mettant le jeu en anglais... ça n'a pas marché pour moi.

Mais j'ai résolu le problème de mon côté en mettant simplement à jour mes pilotes de la carte graphique :)

I also had this problem, since the last update.
Some have solved the problem by putting the game in English (for french users) ... it didn't work for me.

But I solved the problem simply by updating my graphics card's drivers :)

Hallo Leute ich habe nun meine Ganze Gamegruppe und einige Foren durchleuchten lassen.

von ca. 100 Leuten haben über 90 % die selben Probleme wie Ihr.
Leider hat es mich genauso erwischt und wie weiter unten beschreiben eineige Drafttookens verloren.###

Bei den Anderen restlichen Spielern wo das Game nach wievor funzt, handelt es sich um vor kurzen erstellte Acounts die erst ab den letzten Monat erstellt wurden. (PC sind aber alle zimlich gleich max 2 Jahre alt. durchnschnitliche Modelle).

ich bin deshalb mit meinen Latein am ende und Vermute das es an diesen Updatliegt... bzw. Server aber das ist nur eine Vermutung.

Bitte um Euren weiteren Suport & Das erstaten meiner Tookens die ich auch beszahlt habe danke liebe Arenateam.

I'm running into the same problem. I've reinstalled twice, made sure that the .Net Framework is up to date, and restarted my computer several times throughout this saga.

50% of the time the game doesn't even open to the main screen before crashing. The half of the time I get to the main screen but the first time I click anything, the game crashes.

Acabe de entrar a jugar un evento de 2000 gemas y cuando doy partida me saco trato de entrar y me saca hasta que perdi la partida no es mi equipo compre esta computadora nueva para solo jugar este juego debido a que se que es pesado pero siento que no es justo que me suceda a penas comience el evento el cual acabo de realizar mi compra para jugarlo. Exijo respuesta a mi queja. Gracias.

Same here, playing since the start and now losing rankeds in diamond, drafts... all make the game crash, advise me when we can play again.

Errored out (network error) in the middle of a draft I was stoked about and crashed, now black screens every time I open it. EDIT: Reinstalled and it's working again but autopicked some insane stuff for the rest of my draft :-(
EDIT 2: Played 1 game successfully but after that game it errored out again and going to black screen now.
This is incredibly disappointing. I just put a bunch of $ into this game, seems like this was a mistake.

thats unfortunate , uninstaling didnt work for me either before
tried for 72hrs . then i downloaded 86 and 64 , and it worked.. wished it worked for u too . good luck

just tried it again this time uninstalling and reinstalling everything including the 2 links and im still rolling down the emptiness that is the latest update
