Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game
This is utterly unacceptable. I cant even get one game in without it crashing! i see that i am not the only one with this issue. Apparently by doing a quick google search about this issue, its actually a very common issue. BUT WHY? Wizard.... you need to address this issue! this is a game people have and will continue to spend money on but if you expect to have a game that you allow people to spend their own money on to buy extra stuff ( like in-game currency), then id expect a playable game! tell me how to address this issue or fix it with an update. this is not acceptable.

MTGA crashes within every game I am playing now. This has been occurring over the span of a couple weeks now. I've lost turns and consequently games due to this repeated issue. I would like at least a reimbursement of my gems spent on the sealed event I participated in, as I was forced to take multiple losses as a result of this error. Game is crashing before every match and I reload to play the match and then it completely crashes after the match but before the rewards are shown. I want to play and buy packs but won't until the game is stable.
I am running on a Mac using WINE and the latest patch MTGAInstaller_0.1.1790.733462.msi
I am also having this issue. It has been ongoing since the Sept 4th update. I was crashing every 3 or so games, often as I entered a match or as something was resolving. I opened a ticket with support (ticket ID #851729). They had me perform a number of steps and ultimately sent this up to the devs. They told me to submit future issues here.
I was able to suffer through the issues by restarting after my third game. I however could not play on my main profile as I was stuck in a "Checking for Updates" loop. Playing on a new profile was the only workaround that worked.
After the Sept 26th update, the crashing has increased. I now crash every game, often as I'm joining. If not, then it will crash in the middle of the match. I did a clean uninstall, per the instructions given to me in my ticket and I used Revo Uninstaller to do it (also recommended by WotC support). This did not resolve the issue.
Since this issue has started, I have taken every step outlined in the support ticket multiple times. I have also wiped and rebuilt my computer with a fresh installation of Windows 10. Nothing has helped.
Please let me know if there any logs you need from me.
The game keeps crashing, showing a scary red triangle with an exclamation in it!!! This obviously is across many accounts. People, including myself are UNABLE TO PLAY in any event because the game usually crashes in the middle of a match causing a loss due to time outs. PLEASE if there is any such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE, make us happy & compensate us for our loss & also fix the issue. PLEASE
Game crashing after every game with the unity crash pls fix this how do you guys pretend you can participate in any events like this???, 3+ months of this issue
They have to fix this game. Get booted almost every match. When you log back in you already lost your turn and the game discards a card.

I've had 2 similar issues to this since the game was launched. Sometimes I get the black screen instead of the keep/mull screen with a gear icon I can click on to conceed the game.
Mostly though, during the finding an opponent loading screen, the game seems to find an opponent in the background and displays the 'gear' button for settings but it crashes before displaying who it is. Both the gear button and cancel button from the loading screen are unresponsive, forcing me to close then re-open the game. If I can do that in time, sometimes I've been able to play in the match, sometimes I'm stuck on the mulligan screen with the 3 cards on the left of my hand lit up with a glowing border around them, no keep/mull buttons underneath and the game may or may not be being played in the background by my opponent.
The crashing has occured against both human players in free play and on a few occasions against Sparky. It has affected at least 70% of my matches today. I've tried running updates several times and even done a complete uninstall / re-install and the issue remains.
I'm trying to purchase the Mastery Pass and each time I clicked on the button to unlock it, my game crashed. I was able to buy the gems I needed for it but not the actual mastery pass.
I don't know what the problem is but the game is unplayable like this. It crashes every game or 1 of every 2 games and it gives a unity engine error message. If I am lucky enough to close the game fast and reconnect I may, and only may be fast enough so the game doesnt give the game lost, please, do something about it.
After I'm matched with an opponent, it goes into the pregame draw and its a black screen except for the setting "gear" button. I click it and select graphics and it crashes. if i reload quick enough, i can get back into the game and play without forfeiting. it did this before the patch when i left the game up for long periods, but after a reset it did fine...now its every match...

mtga.exe has stopped working. Happens every 10 minutes, making play impossible
Unity player crashes every game requiring a restart, there's no way I could play a tournament without disconnect
I already did absolutely everything you tell me, but the game still doesn't work, the game always stops, just when I'm going to start a game. I do not know what to do, I love the game but this is ridiculous, I even bought the pre-purchase of the new edition and I feel that I will not even be able to play it well because the game constantly stops. Please help me
thought maybe my problem was that i had problem with windows7 so i ugraded to 10 tha didnt help
game has been crashing since (1 to 3 games) early september its gotten worse after this new update... game has become unplayeable. now i cant even finish a game
Happened to me after playing a land.
The crashing is user interface but not what the focus of this is about, so I will not mention more of it. However, it had crashed entering a game and after it was returned to working order, it loaded into the game where the player's starting hand was suspended right where the cards would be for the player to decide if they were to mulligan or not. So I just installed the latest update. Painfully I might add. Had to completely uninstall the game twice & manually delete the file before it would actually install right. Now whenever I try to go into a match the game stops responding. When it starts reponding again it loads the game but tells me that I lost connection and need to reconnect. When I do it restarts the game. I tried a few things like trying to play the bot instead of a real match and it does the same thing but if after it restarts I go try to go into another bot game it freezes then goes into the game but never loads a deck or give me the abillity to see a hand just sits there, Sparky on one side me the other and each with a 60 card deck but no way to play. The cards will not draw. If I try to concede it does nothing. Its just stuck there and the only thing I can do is force close the program.
Before this, with the old version, I had miner issues with a small freeze going into games but it never stopped me from playing. It would freeze for like 2 seconds then load and be fine. Although the longer I played the worse it would get and I would have to restart after a few hours or so. If I didn't I would get an error message saying to close programs because my computer was running out of memory. I have 4 gigs of memory this should not happen. I am running Windows 7 and have an I5 prossesser.
I would really like this fixed and would really rather be playing this on my xbox but until you get that version out PC is all there is so not being able to play is a pain please fix this problem.
