Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

the crashes are sometimes proceeded by some of the images for cards not loading it also becomes more likely the more games i play. ive only had this problem on the current patch

Same here, this started with the Brawl update beginning of September, MtgA / unityplayer.dll constantly crashing every two games.
Now with the recent Eldraine update they improved That, it CRASHES now EVERY GAME, cannot play anymore at all.
It worked perfect until end of august.
The wotc customer support is bunch of useless monkeys according to this issue.
The developers are probably not well payed enough to code something properly.
If this software become the future of online MtG, then LOL.
I play this game for 20 years now, but this is the worst they ever produced. A total FAIL. -

Every single time that i start a game and it finds my opponent, the game crashes! Then, I need to relog, sometimes takes too long to relog and I lose the match.. that's so frustrating, and i know that is not my pc or internet cos some buddies of mine are having the same problem that the game crashes a lot... i hope you guys can fix that or else i won't play anymore.. thanks

A few months ago I hardly experience any crashes. With Core2020 the game started to crash 1 in every 3 matches. With the latest update I can't even get into a single game, it crashes when an opponent is found. Sometimes I can play a bot match but it is incredibly slow and laggy and crashes at the end of the game regardless. And when I navigate to any tab like store or deck I get a connectivity error and have to reconnect. I am unable to play the game anymore.

It began a little bit over one week ago after an update that my game would crash in mid-battle every now and again however...
My game crashes almost in every match after the Eldrain update making it next to unplayable.

quick update for anyone reading this with similar issues. After talking with customer support, they said that my machine didn't reach the minimum requirements to run the game as it uses an integrated graphics card not a dedicated graphics card. This despite my machine having no issues playing the game through closed and open beta and problems only developing in the last month or so. Not sure if they have changed their requirements since then but it seems the solution is straight forward - buy a new computer :| As it stands, they say there is nothing they can do to help me because of this. So if anyone is having similar issues, maybe this explanation helps make sense of things for you.

This is utterly unacceptable. I cant even get one game in without it crashing! i see that i am not the only one with this issue. Apparently by doing a quick google search about this issue, its actually a very common issue. BUT WHY? Wizard.... you need to address this issue! this is a game people have and will continue to spend money on but if you expect to have a game that you allow people to spend their own money on to buy extra stuff ( like in-game currency), then id expect a playable game! tell me how to address this issue or fix it with an update. this is not acceptable.
