Does anyone have a solution? I tried the Microsoft visuals c++ update, i tried completely reinstalling. i deleted all the files uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried running from nvidia (sometimes this fixes things like this). I tried compatibility mode/ admin. Nothing works i always get a black screen with a cursor and audio. My specs are more then fine and i have gig speed internet so i know those arent an issue. I also tried oppening twice to logout then login with a new account to log back into my old account (bs process) but i didnt even get a logout option. I'm out of ideas i uninstalled reinstalled several times just hoping with nothing, restarting my pc nothing.

I got the same issue, black screen, sound and cursor on PC. After MTGA update, I played a few matches then i tried to grab rewards and black screen happens with cursor and sound. After rebooting PC and starting MTGA, still black screen with cursor and sound.

I have also this issue after loading. It doesn't allow me to play at all. It occured last night when ios app released. Ios app can't work for the same situation in PC, too.

I got the same issue. After one play I reclaimed the price and then the screen go black, but ingame music were still playing. I restarted the game and now after the initializing screen and "waiting for the server" message I got black screen with MTG Arena cursor and music playing. I unistalled and reinstalled the game several times but its nor working

I've also been encountering this same bug. Black screen after the 'waiting for the server' flashes twice on both Xiaomi 9T pro and a Windows machine.

I am also encountering a black screen after today's update.

The black screen occurs on both my pc and my android phone (Xiaomi 9T Pro).

The black screen (with cursor) occurs after launching the game and after 'waiting for the server'.

started getting black screen today. Had just finished a match and unlocked some rewards. Tried to click claim rewards but nothing happened. Restarted the game and now I get a black screen after loading. Its associated to my account because if I log in with another account it works.

Started playin Arena this weekend. No problems up to today. Screen went black unpacking boosters. After that i always get a black screen on startup after loading servers...

The strange thing is it seems to be an account problem.

I have tried it on my pc, laptop and phone. All 3 devices give the exact same problem. Black screen after login.

Worked fine on my mac for about two games, then it went black screen, and now everytime I start the app up, it is black screen.

I'm not even getting as far as match start. I launch the thing, it checks for updates fine, loads databases, I get a connecting to server message, and then nothing! Black screen with the mtga cursor.
