I lose the game 3 times in a row cause the game crash all the time while i'm in a match. I can only acces again when the match is over.

On a computer that has run Arena successfully, I was experiencing a black screen on startup after the M21 update. I tried reinstalling, including deleting registry entries before reinstalling with no luck. I installed the Visual C++ update as mentioned in another post (which I will paste below) and arena started up and let me log in.

The post that worked for me:

i downloaded both of em and it worked after that , no need to uninstall arena everyone ( I restarted my computer before trying )

same issue. Lost every game due to crash downs including drafts. Refun of the 10k gold will be necessary.

I don’t know how to get my login data but I was playing a cubed draft and the game crashed and I lost half of my 1st pack and all of my 2nd pack. My deck then ended up horrible and I went 0-3. Now I don’t have any coins or gems to do the new set which really sucks. It looks like a fun set.

Same here. Game crashes. On restart the matchmaking screen shows ready and the game crashes again. I also lost several games due to this issue. A refund seems reasonable

Also it is not possible to collect EXP for the season pass due to the crashes for it is not possible to complete missions.

It is happening to me too. I dind't get to start one single match in draft mode. I lose all of them because the game crashes all the time. I just want to be refunded wizard! I am very frustraded.

I just keep my hand and the game crashes, and i can't re enter the game, until the game is finished, later I can open the Arena, but now i losed a game that I not even start! And You don't compensate this of any way. I lose 3 games in drafts because of this, it cost me gems!!

Still happening after the latest bug fixes. Interestingly the game doesn't crash depending on the deck I'm using. Always crash with full Black , sometimes with red & green, but doesn't while I'm usind blue or white deck

1500 gems for nothing... i losed every draft because the game crashed and it was not possible to rejoin. Please give me a refund or a token draft, thank you.

It's been at least 5 days now and I can't even log in. I start up the game and it goes right away to a black screen.
