I was having the same issue, but then i tried to add them by using their email and it instantly worked!

I also have the same issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You didn't resolve it yet?

Still having the same issue. Cannot play with friends still. Huge bummer.

I challenged a friend to a game and the game just loaded a Draw screen.

Tried challenging again and now it says I can only issue a challenge at a time, this has been going on for a while

Changed network, Restart and reinstalled App but without success.

While trying to play Direct Challenges with a friend, we both keep getting redirected, or the challenge times out / unable to connect to server- timed out; also telling us that our deck is unable to be submitted.

This, after both decks have been successfully played many times over.
No internet issues with other games or systems.

can't get challenges game keeps crashing when I try to do challenges

When I go to friend list and try to battle my friend it lets us pick a deck but not battle each other we both are on IOS. It says the connection has been lost. Please fix this soon

Both of these are exactly what i'm experiencing, adding friends used to work and direct match never did, and now adding friends is broken too, i'm disappointed that after all this time its still not addressed =(

Is still issue still ongoing? I have spent the last few hours trying to add a friend and vice verca. We can both see on our screens that the offer to friend was sent but the other person never receives it. We've tried reinstalling the game, loging out/in changing our status from online/offline. We even tried it from the mobile version of the game. We can add other people no problem. We cant add each other.

The only weird anomaly is her name is displayed on her side as dotty65251 (without the #) while on my end my username shows as MrMongoose#54877.

Tried several times to introduce my daughter to MTG and we can not play against each other. Both get a connection error.

I tried re-installing and re-opening the app, and neither helped.
My friend also switched from PC to tablet and we still have problems.

Please respond, playing with friend is the only reason I got the app and spent money

On iPhone's my wife and I can no longer view our Friends list. We can no longer challenge, accept challenges, direct challenge. Please help
