lost packs
Arena keeps reducing my packs giving the error of "unable to open booster" but does not award wildcard points or the cards in the pack. I have lost 4-5 packs it would be great to get them re-funded or the gold spent to buy them.

This exact thing happened to me as well. Incredibly annoying, I'm not sure how many packs I lost either because I didn't notice it until the 5th time it happened.
