During the draft match in this first image, the arena gave a connection error and closed. When he returned, he had already lost the game.
I couldn't print at the time, because I was pressing the mouse straight. But in the photo it shows how I lost the lethal and the shift.

It was in a condition that only a sound spread with a display freezing, and mouse cursor operation became substantially impossible

Couldn't do any action and lost due to inactivity.

I also lost 2 games in a row during draft. Here's the log file. Want my gems or a draft token as well

Lost two games in a row during a draft due to failed connection. Router and all other devices running on the router still had connection. Obviously, losing two games in a row in a draft is pretty detrimental to gem/pack collection. Feels bad.

Same issue, lost match 3 of my traditional draft. Computer started freezing up and couldn't edit my deck during side-boarding, timer ran out with 38 cards in my deck, then black screen, computer then froze and had to restart. Would like some reimbursement as I was 2-0 at the time. Also of note I'm playing on the Mac version.

Same issue, lost connection multiple times during draft resulting in faulty picks.

It is now 2 days that I have the same problem with the zendikar draft premier, yesterday I made 2 losses due to sudden application shutdown, without any error being detected from the PC, so presumably the sudden shutdown is to be attributed to Arena. Since I have already thrown almost 3000 gems in this way, I would like to know if it is possible to get back at least the access of the draft of September 30th (the stop error I don't know if you have the possibility to detect it from your servers)

I keep losing connection in MTG Arena during drafts. I received a draft token after purchasing the mastery pass and used it to on the premier Zendikar draft. I lost connection three times, during the actual draft and during two games. I'm wondering if it's possible to get a draft token back please. Thanks!

Same issue here, and quite often recently. Keep getting 'Asset error ...' messages pop up during draft, or draft games. Then, not only does it take much longer to reconnect, but it also keeps asking me to re-type my password....losing even more time.

I've lost several draft games now, and also twice during drafting itself, resulting in very sub par decks. I've captured the log for the last one, but not the many more that came before it. It would only be fair to get some draft tokens for this...

premiere draft had network issues right in the middle of the game after playing a spell. Knowing my hand i had a real good chance of winning this game and now i miss out on gems and it gave me a loss. I want a refund.

I got disconnected from a draft game and it asked me to reconnect. I lost my whole draft due to that. Plz refund.

Had a couple of disconnects today playing premier draft, the latest one just had me waiting on a screen saying "waiting for an endpoint file" and then after I restarted the client I was greeted with a game where I had only 1 hp left and missed at least one turn.

Please refund.

I lost the standart metagame challange becouse the opponent dropt out game 1 of 3 and the timer run out for me, becouse i could not do any action without an opponent. That's how i did get a loss and the challange was already over bevore it startet.
Hope you refund me the 2k gold that i can attempt again
