Lost draft because of game connection issue
like in tittle, I lost draft game because connection issue and I'm can not re-enter the match...

I've been on MtG Arena since this Spring and only within the last 2 -3 weeks have I had connection errors before and during gameplay in any format. I can't express enough how disappointing this is to me! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time performing the daily quests, playing randomly matched games, crafting and deck building--until all these connection errors started happening that is. I'm stuck in the middle of my Mastery tree because I either can't connect at all, or I get dropped during the game. The Mastery tree is set to expire soon, and that seems very unfair to me!
I hope there will be some form of compensation for having paid for an in-game option that cannot currently be pursued. I also hope the Arena team can fix this soon! I attached my latest log capture for reference.

I frequently lose connection and then get stuck on this "Currently waiting" screen. Meanwhile I'm still getting sounds from the actions my opponent is taking.
This bug has been in the last several builds now. I am losing a ton of matches behind this.

Got disconnected before I even saw my opening hand and then took 3 tries to get logged in got a game loss because of not being able to log back in.

Since previous update constantly loose connection with the the server, my internet it's also lame but not this time (plus the new problems with the new actualization).

I'll add that I use untapped companion and it seems to "see" the game, it's probably just a visual bug. Sadly I use my eyes to play.

This game is completely unplayable, worked great until 9/4/19 update but I could still get a game or two in before it would freeze or disconnect me after the 9/17/19 update I have only played 2 games the other 15-20 locked up on me or I got a disconnect, funny thing is I somehow completed 12 of the 15 daily's yesterday as I only won 1 of the 2 games I could actually finish.
Sorry to my opponents that this game is a complete joke and I cannot compete against you and actually play a game Magic on it, even though I can see my opponents name but then it's promptly followed by a disconnect or lock up.
This is my 3rd post about this and I see countless other people having the issue also. Figure it out WotC or I'm done with it. Again every part of the game works fine except for actually playing a match.

I had the same problem several time since the September 4th patch Also. Like in the post before, i am disconnected (game crash or freeze), and when I reconnect I get stuck to the loading screen hearing the timer and My opponent playing.

Shares the same problem here, which started right after the September 4th patch. I also notice the frequency of disconnection is much higher after September 11th patch. Reinstall doesn't help at all.

I have had this problem multiple times in Traditional Ranked and Play 2020 queues recently.
@Wizards_MS14#29616 thanks for letting the op know where to post for an event-specific issue but as you can see from the comments on this thread from various users, it's clearly an issue in multiple events.

I had the same issue in a b03 traditionnal draft. Was 4-1 when it happens and was 1-0 in the matchup with lethal on the board. Suck to lost and hope i get refunded since i've lost twice to this bug.

Alright so this is a problem that happens a lot! Occasionally in my area there are connection issues. It's a thing that happens. There will be a moment where a card will lag or the game will hang up. The problem is that when you notice this the client will not repair itself or catch up, you have to relaunch the client. Almost 80-90% of the time if I close the client and reopen it, it freezes on the second loading screen. It will load and play sound effects but not give actual visuals of the field or any ability to react and play your turn. It will remain this way FOR MULTIPLE GAMES IN THE MATCH. That means that if you're in a close game three, and your computer decides to start roping and anything goes wrong you can LOSE based on being disconnected and unable to reconnect. In fact I have almost 13 losses from this now. I went from diamond 1 to platinum 3, back to platinum 1 back to platinum 4 through literal disconnects. Not to say that I don't lose, I do, but it's hyper frustrating to not be able to reconnect to your game.

I had the same issue in a ranked BO3 today. I could hear the game finishing in the background, but was stuck in the loading screen even after restarting the game a few times. I was able to connect after the game had ended, but had to alt+f4 the game as the cogwheel disappeared after the match ended.
EDIT: Had the issue again and captured the log this time before the cogwheel disappeared. I don't know if I can add this to this comment, but I will add it down below.
