Game in premier draft began to lag and after my draw step I could not take an action. The UI was responsive, but I could not cast cards, move to combat, or pass the turn. The timer ran out once successfully, then timed out and stayed frozen. I could not do anything and was forced to either concede or close the game.

I was playing the 3rd game, had won one and lost the other, and got the "Waiting for server” message just when I was about to win. Got stucked on that message for a couple minutes and when the connection got back I was ot of the game and had one more loss registered.
I want the coins back.

Lost draft game because disconnection and cannot reconnect

Last night, I had a continuous “connecting to server” message when I tried to enter the drafting portion of the event. I had to use the task manager to close the game and restart. By the time I got back in, I missed my first 2 picks. I sent in a request through the WOTC system and I got an automatic response essentially saying TOO BAD. As a note, when the game screws up and I submit a request, I have been getting the EXACT SAME automatic response every time for over a year now.

Same Here... Second time in two days. I lost 2 games because of it... Every time I had to wait at least 5 min to reconnect and when I came back it count as a loss...

I also experienced this issue, in two drafts. I got stuck on the entering match page, so I cancelled, and the game said I had 1 loss. I entered another game, won that game, and suddenly I had 1 more win and 1 more loss instead of just having 1 more win associated with that draft. This happened in a strixhaven draft.

This has happened to me several times lately. It's not clear for me it's a connection issue. My connection seems to be fine, but I get a perpetual "Entering Match" and I am never able to enter. I've lost a handful of matches in the last few weeks because of it.

My opponent got an endless timeout during a strixhaven quick draft ….waited 10 minutes and nothing …closed out the game opened it back up and it counted it as a match loss

I was in a game, got disconnected…logged back in only 10 seconds later, was paired with a different opponent, beat that opponent, then saw that I already had 3 match losses for the event and my win didn’t even count. This happened in the quick draft Ikoria event. I am using the app in iOS, but should still only have 2 losses. I hope this can be resolved.

Same problem, every time i play the game disconnect, most of the time during a duel, and i lost the match during reconnecting

At the end of the first game, there was a quick disconnection. I won the first game.
I waited 3 min during the siding and after 3-4 min, I lost the match without playing.
Could you refund at least my draft ?

my opponent is on a time infinity ... wainting for 10 minutes. Nothing happening. Lost because he lost his connection.

Connected late to a game and was stuck in "view browser" modal window. i couldn't close it and had to watch my timer run out. lost the game because of that, which was my 3rd loss of the draft. very frustrating.
