Same thing happened to me in a traditional eldraine draft. Losing to a bug feels bad.

disconnect cant reconnect bug. :(

Is this true that the minimal configuration to play the game have upgraded, making all the "slow" computers unable to run the game anymore ? All this after we invested money in your 1 year long beta ?

Same problem here, couldn't reconnect after losing connection to game. Heard in game sounds on "reconnect" but counter never disappeared and game never showed. Log attached.

Facing two different bug in a row after the update.
this time in Traditional draft.

Right after I emoted "nice",
randomly dced have internet access ,
returned game to see loading screen with audio/timer from background, which i believe the opponent can freely hit my face.

To think I am spending money on both traditional draft to be dced,
and a sealed over oathsworn knight not behaving according to its description..
I'd rather go back to paper... at least I can play a game without getting weird bugs...

Hi my internet is working, but I was randomly disconnected and proceeded to be stuck at loading screen. Please reimburse my 1500 gem if you can. Thanks!

The same problem. I always disconnects in the game of traditional standard ranked. Can the problem be triggered deliberately?

same. this was an issue with m20 traditional drafts as well. hopefully this inability of the game to function on a fundamental level will be resolved.

Happens every second game almost. Have to restart the client. I don't want to play sealed/draft (which I have purchased) as I don't want to loose to these disconnects. Really a struggle to play. Invested a lot in my account.

Theyre just going to cry packet loss and blame you, the customer, for their bad client. Just charge back all your MTGA charges and start a new account.

It happened to me as well. Two times now... 3000 gems gone! Log attached.

I am not sure the cause of the disconnect, because I still had internet access, but this bug cost me a match in my latest ELD traditional draft when I was up a game 1-0. When I tried to reconnect, the game loaded and had a timer ticking up, but I was never brought back to my match. I restarted the arena client multiple times after waiting a minute with the same results.

Like many others commenting here i'd like my 1500 gems back for the draft that this bug caused me to lose its not fair that you're pretending the game is ready for a full release when its so buggy. do you not have enough of our money to fix it?

I would realy like to get my 1500 gems back after i've been unable to play a traditional draft yesterday, despite my winings of early games (got disconected twice, and unable to reconnect).
My sealed game last week was already very hard since the game crashed every time before starting, leading me to skip the mulligan phase and play terrible hands.
More generally, the crash all the time, but i can reconnect without to much damage, even though it's very annoying that i can't play a basic card game smoothly.
