Lost draft because of game connection issue
like in tittle, I lost draft game because connection issue and I'm can not re-enter the match...
This happens a few times a month, but I'm incredibly tired of losing out on gems because the MTG Arena server randomly decides to drop me and not let me reconnect. I get an error message about losing contact, the game freezes. I have to X out of the program and reload, and it loads, takes me to the match waiting screen, and just never reconnects. Repeat and repeat, and it lets me on exactly as soon as I've timed out and lost the match and not a second before.
Game crashed, so i closed the client and restarted it.
Game logged me in, tried to reconnect to the game, appears to do so.
To be clear, at this point, i have the timer of loading into a game. After like 2 or 3 seconds it appears to load into the game, the screen goes dark and usually the current game would load. You hear all the rapid sound effects of what happened so far in the game. instead, the loading screen with the timer reappears. You still hear the sounds of the game (including the timer ticking down to your loss). i tried to reconnect 3 times, no chance.
Since a few weeks I have trouble connecting to games. Most of the times when i start a game after the screen with the names I can't see the battlefield while I hear the timer. A bugfix I learnt about was reconnecting the game. Buit now even game 1 and game 2 the screen stays black while I hear the timer fuse run down. The timer then never stops running down. It reached around 10 min sometimes before I gave up.
Started after the M20 patch.
I am getting so tired of this! I've lost at least 8 games now due to this disconnection garbage and not being able to log back into the ongoing match! Please FIX THIS
Lost my first match in traditional draft due to disconnect, request draft win/loss to be reset as it was paid with gems and it was not a problem on my side or be reimbursed the gems

This just happened to me, my wifi went caput, and sometimes when I relaunch I can get back into the game I was in and continue playing, but this time I relaunched, and I got stuck on the loading screen while I could hear the sound effects of the game I was still in going on, like my countdown clock ticking away. Relaunched twice more and still got the same bug.
Wizards support staff commenting on this thread could you stop redirecting people to log this issue under different sections. By this point it is very clearly an issue on your side, even streamers are showing the issue in YouTube videos, let alone what goes out live on Twitch.
I was hoping that this would get fixed with the full release of the game from beta stage since its been an issue for two months now, but no such luck. Would very much appreciate not having to force close the client every third game because of this.
Still encountering this even despite using different wireless adapters, etc. The connection otherwise is working fine for other programs. I can hear my opponent taking actions while I am stuck on the "Currently Waiting" screen.

I had the same issue, lost two games this way during a Traditional Draft (so lost 1500 gems, or 10 bucks as a result). Logged a reclaim request and a bug report, hopefully both the bug and the reclaim gets sorted soon...

Seems that any amount of packet loss can't be dealt with by your clients. Time for WotC to get some network stack engineers, poor connections and dropped packets is not an unusual problem in online gaming or in network apps in general. Solve the foundation before building more fancies please :-)
I got the same problem, with the drop of eldraine it started to get bad, the drops are really often, every 2 or 3 matches
I have the same symptoms.I was awaited when I could play the Eldraine, but I felt betrayed.I consulted the fan site, but I was treated as an exception.My PC meets the "recommended environment" but can't play.Is this a scam?
Same problem here, this is happening some time ago, but in this last patch (release of Throne of Eldraine) is getting worse...
