I have had this problem multiple times in Traditional Ranked, in result of which I kept losing games and rank.

I had the same exact issue and would appreciate a refund (1500 gems for traditional draft)

Another time!!! I cant loose gems on gems! I will stop play ...

I had the same issue in a b03 traditionnal draft. Was 4-1 when it happens and was 1-0 in the matchup with lethal on the board. Suck to lost and hope i get refunded since i've lost twice to this bug.

Alright so this is a problem that happens a lot! Occasionally in my area there are connection issues. It's a thing that happens. There will be a moment where a card will lag or the game will hang up. The problem is that when you notice this the client will not repair itself or catch up, you have to relaunch the client. Almost 80-90% of the time if I close the client and reopen it, it freezes on the second loading screen. It will load and play sound effects but not give actual visuals of the field or any ability to react and play your turn. It will remain this way FOR MULTIPLE GAMES IN THE MATCH. That means that if you're in a close game three, and your computer decides to start roping and anything goes wrong you can LOSE based on being disconnected and unable to reconnect. In fact I have almost 13 losses from this now. I went from diamond 1 to platinum 3, back to platinum 1 back to platinum 4 through literal disconnects. Not to say that I don't lose, I do, but it's hyper frustrating to not be able to reconnect to your game.

I had the same issue in a ranked BO3 today. I could hear the game finishing in the background, but was stuck in the loading screen even after restarting the game a few times. I was able to connect after the game had ended, but had to alt+f4 the game as the cogwheel disappeared after the match ended.

EDIT: Had the issue again and captured the log this time before the cogwheel disappeared. I don't know if I can add this to this comment, but I will add it down below.

Same issue, disconnect, then can't reconnect (stuck on 'waiting....' screen).

Same here. When game gets disconnected and I attempt to reconnect, it appears as if it's reconnected successfully but then the game gets stuck in the loading screen with the Cancel button inactive. This is very annoying as I've lost many games because I couldn't reconnect. This happened recently as I remember I could reconnect successfully before.

had same problem twice in ranked - disconnected even though I had internet , had to close game and then could hear game going on in backgrund but stuck in the loading screen otherwise. really would need to look in to compensating people for these games; as I said lost 2 games because of this in g2. have to also note I tried logging out and reentering and the problem persisted

I had the same problem today at 1h00pm in france.
I played brawl, and disconnected in the party and impossible to reconnect fast, when i could, the party had advanced and i lost the game...

I got disconnected from the server during a match, the game pretending that i have no connection to internet but i was able to surf online.
When I finally succeeded to reconnect the game, i was still in the match (there was sounds of cards playing and the time out countdown) but the game was stuck on the loading screen (screen 1). I finally lost after 2mn but even after hearing the defeat sound, the game is still stuck on loading screen printing a waiting time of 2mn + (lost the screen).
Please fix your game please, it's very frustrating for F2P players to spend all your gold in events and loose this.

EDIT : i see a lot of players reporting this bug (random disconnections and impossible reconnection) i hope players will get compensations for all theses non-game and gold wasted because MTGA is currently unplayable
