Lost draft because of game connection issue
like in tittle, I lost draft game because connection issue and I'm can not re-enter the match...

Yep two drafts in a row now ruined because of connection issues, the first time I couldn't even get into the game and was "Waiting for Server" for 3 minutes before I could even click "cancel" I received a lose for this. The second time every time my turn would start the rope automatically appeared, once I cast my first learn card the game froze, causing me to skip several turns in a row, the learn card was stuck on the stack for the rest of the very short game.

During the mulligan check of the eighth game, it was forced to terminate due to a connection error, then I lost the draft.

Same here, i lost a draft, i played my card and the game just got stuck, the time counter ended and the game was still locked, i had to try restarting the game, but well, counted me as a "defeat"

Same here, in Strixhaven Quick Draft I had 42 life, opponent has 3 and I will win after they pass the turn. The opponent activates a scry ability and seems to take forever and then I suddenly get the "Connecting to Server" notice and get booted from the match and cannot re-enter. I came back to MtG:A an hour later to find that I was awarded a loss for the match. I would appreciate either having the loss scrubbed, or a refund on the entry fee.

This just happened to me on PC. During my second ever MTG Arena tourney, I had connection issues three times in a row, resulting in three automatic losses and zero wins during a Sealed Strixhaven tournament. The first and third games disconnected while I was "waiting for my opponent to decide if they were going to mulligan". The second game didn't even make it to showing our hands before it disconnected. The third game's disconnect resulted in the entire client restarting itself. I don't know if I'm doing this reporting right, but I hope I am.

Same problem. Look, like 800+ people commenting on this. Clearly, your program has a major flaw. So frustrating. Pay money to play competivie game and the game itself forces you to lose. Never ever happened to me once in hearthstone. Happend 10 times this week in Arena. What a joke. And their admins have the nerve to tell us "Oh looks like you need to do trouble shoting" LOL

Simply appeared that opponent was taking a long time on their turn. No timer or anything. I thought something looked off so I re-connected and I had missed several turns. No issues with internet speed either, getting 25 mbps in a speedtest immediately afterwards. Obviously lost the match. Very frustrating.

Same thing happened to me last night, twice in the same tournament. Both times in game 3 of the match and both times the game was close.
10,000 Gold for frustration, and I'm "rewarded" with 1 pack. Yay. Thanks. -

in the first match of the quick draft of Kaldheim, when I played a spell sorcery that gave me the advantage at the table (see the picture) the game drop me with the another player, i dont know what happens, i was solving my spell and the match is over. I hope to be compensated with gems or money for what happened, because i lost the game

I also experienced a game loss due to server instability. I was winning the game, the game said server disconnected...I closed the client and re-opened and nothing had happened, no loss no nothing, couldnt rejoin the game. Then an hour or so later I logged in and saw a loss. I paid gems for the event and now 1/3 of my value is gone.

I just submitted a bug for receiving 2 losses in a row due to server problems, both of which I was well on my way to victory in the quick draft kaldheim. Now that I see all the posts for the same type of issue, I have to stop and think....as a multiple business owner, the correct approach to this issue would to immediately cease events that cost to enter rather than to let it go on and have my customers become frustrated before a fix.

A day or two ago I spent 15 bucks on the adventurers bundle for the sealed strixhaven event because you can only use gems. After the two megabyte update today I lost all 3 of my matches for my sealed draft due to an immediate crash on turn 3 all three times. Please give me my gems or my money back.

yep, just lost server connection and was not able to re-enter the game, instead a new round starting against another player. This game was stopped when playing my second land in the round. So far i can't see if they were count as lost, but thats really annoying in a sealed match

Last two matches specifically for fatal damage my system is overwhelmed and freezes in battle while I can hear sounds in the background super glitchy and skipping, before a bit later it shuts down on it's own. Restart, jump back in game, and the threat is dealt with, waited out and no damage was thrown, then rush to load in as quickly as possible to find I'm being thrown on for return fatal damage. EVERY time it's fatal, I'm lagged out until my turns over and then lose immediately following.. which costs me the draft and in turn costs us both money. You because I'm over spending especially for buggy product that half the time is shutting down on me, and my PC I spent a grand for a updated laptop, so this shouldn't be fragging it to the point of restarting the computer. It's a joke.
