Perdi a partida porque o jogo travou DO NADA. Péssimo. Deixei de ganhar 400 gemas e agr tenho q esperar até a semana que vem pra tentar jogar um draft de novo

This happens almost every draft I play. It starts happening 5-6 games in. Always crashes. Extremely frustrating because they never do anything to resolve this issue.

Happened to me quite a few times and I am so sick of losing gems because of it. Fix it Wizards. P.S. this feedback forum sucks

game froze

Happened to me twice today after entering Quick Draft. Lost two matches because my connection kept timing out. No issue with Connectivity at my end

Lost connection when joining game. Looked like opponent waited out, but it was me when I tried to reconnect. Lost a game with a great draft deck and 10 000 coins....
How do you get a refund?

estava no meio de uma partida de draft quando deu erro de conexao, apor mandar reconectar o jogo volta porem as imagens dos jogadores eram diferentes,,,,apos alguns minutos de espera fecho o jogo e quando retono esta contabilizada uma derrota

Cuando estaba jugando mi primera partida de draft salió el error de conexión, puse ok y todo, segui las instrucciones, espere y se reinició el juego, pero se quedo estático antes de poder regresar a la partida. Tuve que reiniciar el juego nuevamente y al entrar me consideró como derrota la partida. Espero me devuelvan el gasto del draft, que fue cancelado en gemas.

Estaba por empezar mi partida y me salio error de conexión, pulse OK y seguia en la plataforma como si no pasaba nada, esperando a que mi oponente decida si hacer mull o no. Se acabo el timer del oponente y aun asi no me daba opcion de elejir a mi, por lo que reconecte el juego y cuando entre ya me habia marcado como juego perdido, era el último de mi draft. Me gustaria que me regresen el costo del draft.

Me hizo perder la partida por un error del juego.
Me gustaría que me refundeen el costo del mismo.

I was playing a draft kept getting dropped, forcing me to reconnect multiple times and losing me the game. I was 4-2 at the time and losing felt terrible.

Can I put this here!! Its been 4 days and **** customer service since they don't know how to fix this!!! I've playing rank and unranked and this ******* Connection Lost thing always bugs me!!! I lost ton of games because of this issue for 4 days!! pls ******* help

Same, last game reconnected to main menu screen with game counted loss on quick draft. Didn`t happen for a while though.

MTG is a con. They're fraudulently stealing people's money. They know this is an unplayable game, but they keep taking money, selling people a faulty product. They should be sued by the US Government for fraud. They lie constantly, saying they don't know anything about it, meanwhile they take millions of dollars for a product that is unusable. ******* illegal.

Por segundo draft consecutivo he tenido problemas de conexión...

Esta vez el error le debió de dar al oponente. Primero pasaron 2-3min hasta que me dio turno, habiendo consumido el reloj de turno ya. Cuando me dio turno el juego, jugué una carta y se quedo a media animación, no dejándome jugarla. Por consiguiente el juego consumió mi tiempo de turno, pero no perdí. Simplemente se quedo ahí parado el juego, ya lleva como 15min...

También debo añadir que en una partida anterior casi pierdo porque me echo de el juego al intentar ver mis cartas exiliadas...
