Also having this issue. Lost in play mode not even constructed and still lost rank.

just experienced this as well.

started playing ranked. then switched to non ranked. kept giving me the rank down message regardless.

Having the exact same problem, winning matches in plat and i am losing rank??

Uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA to see if it would fix the problem. It's still there. My rank goes down whether I win or lose, and it shouldn't be affected at all when I switch to a play mode other than ranked.
Please fix!

I'm not sure if it is actually applying the loss to my rank, but it seems to be carrying forward the last result of a ranked match. For instance, if you won the last ranked match then the game will sow you winning again in the next unranked match, against sparky let's say, win or lose. Conversely, if you lost in your last ranked match then , win or lose, the game will show the ranked losing screen.

I also believe that the same error is causing the validation error on startup. When the above error starts happening, I restart the game to reset whatever is happening. When it restarts, I get the validation error. I do not get this error when I first start the game. Only after I restart it upon encountering the win/loss error.

I've said this on another persons bug report, I believe this is just a visual bug and that it doesn't actually affect your stats. It has happened to me since before zendikar but if you check the "Player" Tab you should see that your rank does not actually change. If it the does indeed change you should attach images showing that they are.

I believe this is just a visual bug as it has been happening to me before zendikar and my rank never actually changes when this happens. To make sure check on your Player tab to see your rank after a normal match to see if it really changing the status of your rank.

I played sealed and my wins and loses was judge to the constructed-Rank not to the limited-rank. so I lose steps to going forward to Diamant. I am played a sealed to gaining forward in the limited rank. now I don't have my gems and I going down from platin 1 to plain 2. can you fix this please?

Losing a rank when winning in both ranked and non-ranked matches. I've lost two bars on my rank while winning two consecutive matches in Standard Metagame Event.

Lost a rank playing a standard unranked game, i normally play this mode to test decks before playing ranked mode. Please fix this and return the lost rank. Thanks

Same thing just happened to me as well except in my Limited Rank. Had been playing draft and won a few but wanted a chill game so jumped into brawl. After i won the brawl match my limited rank dropped a bar??? Like WTF, after a win i lose rank in a casual match. Adding my log and screen shots of the match to show proof this is happening. And is seems to come and go, cause i was playing brawl all day yesterday and it never happened.

This problem is UNIVERSAL... losing a rank happens in Ranked, non-Ranked (standard play)... it even happens when you play Sparky!

This is REALLY infuriating. I've lost 3 ranks today for victories. Should be higher in Gold (I make a run for Platinum on the last weekend before seasonal rollover) and it looks like for the first time in a LONG time I won't make it.

Please fix this WotC... this is REALLY BAD!!!
