Shuffler algoritm

Please do away with shuffler algorithms; just randomize it. I feel I need to build a deck to suit the algorithms which I don't want to.' The algo is completely obvious and often ridiculous. I think it would be great for MTG to just randomize it, because the shuffler seems to work best with copy paste unoriginal decks. So fix it. Now. Random is cheaper to for you guys. Fire some people, whatever.

    While statistically possible, there has got to be something wrong with your shuffler. I play draft and have 17 lands in a 40 card deck and consistently start with two lands and draw zero for six draws. Conversely when that isn't the game, my starting hand is four lands in my starting hand and I draw six straight lands. Seriously this is not an exaggeration. Start tracking these stats because something is wrong.

    there is a lot sorting redudancy in the sorting and Drawing of the card.

    for example (cfr images) when you draw a specific card you know that you will receive all the version of this card in your deck. it provide a big advantage to some opponent when your deck is more oriented on the diversity

    Seriously didn't wanna cry you a river, but this is just killing the game for me.
    If you are screwing people with their opening 10 cards it's no fun... I don't wanna win because of that and nor do I want to lose just because it's "statistically possible" to get f-ed up and you don't care. Just put a filter chopping off those edge "statistically possible" 10% on both sides, it'll just make a game better and more ... wait for it... FUN! Thought it was kind of your goal... once upon a time....

    I have Only-Red Deck with only 22 lands in it. But I noticed that VERY VERY often I can get 4, 5 lands in a row! I lose most of my games only because of It. It's just only lands in my draws. I have a lot of other decks with 24 lands and never noticed this problem.
    It must be wrong. Something is not working well with your randomization.

    The percentage of lands in my deck represent more than a third, closer to half, yet the algorithm for shuffling deals a deck that does not represent these percentages at all for some strange reason. For instance more often than not I will either get no lands for 7 turns and this will continue for 3 games straight or I will get all lands in one game and few other cards. Infrequently, the game will deal me a land card every 2 or 3 cards which is correct, but I do not understand why the algorithm would stack all the lands together or very far apart as that does not shuffle the deck at all.

    I love the Arena program except for its shuffle routine. I've played hundreds of games and its my opinion that the shuffle results don't represent realism that I experience in hundreds of paper games. For instance, it seems that hand after new hand results in a very similar set of cards as the last few hands. Slowly similar cards rotate out over several games. I've had to mulligan down to 2 cards for lack of lands in the opening hand several times with 22 lands in the deck. Once, I experienced 11 lands out of 12 cards drawn. A paper player would never allow that type of clumping to happen to his deck.

    The randomizer is not random and need to be fixed. I keep getting bad starting draws and hands up to the point where when I was gold I legit just started losing like the randomizer rigged me to lose. Also opponents go first way too often for me. Something that should be a 50/50 chance has been more of a 80/20 or 90/10 chance for me and the percentages of me drawing what I need has been far and few between. If I run creatures I also seem to frequently get decks that hate me out further showing me the randomizer is rigging the games for me to lose as I only get counter decks now. It is not random. Please fix this issue.

    When playing my hand, I play the lands in my hand and not draw any other lands. Also nothing but higher mana cards than 2-3 lands on field. And my deck is well balanced with more lower mana cards than high. If I am getting lands, then nothing but lands and no cards to play. This is has been happening for quite some time. I am almost to the point of having u delete my account and never playing mtg again. And u don't want to lose me, I spend money on ur game. And I am not the only one with this problem. U have got to fix this AI issue.
    Also, game play suggestion: when playing tiers, when u win go up one level but when u lose, it doesn't go back down. Stays level. Esp since most losses are due to ur AI problem as stated above. I might win 1 match then lose 3 times in a row. Then win 1 match, then lose 2-3 again. And I have a really good deck.

    WOTC will never admit that there is a problem (intentionally or not) with the shuffler. The fanboys will refuse any critic against mtg arena. Got land flooded too many times today and the oponnent with 3 thrill bits in a row...
