expire
I had bought a planeswalker deck and the MTG Arena code expired for the deck online. Product Suggestion request is for MTG Arena codes to NOT EXPIRE based on expire date. I feel that I got gyped as a new customer.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast Customer Service once again.
In this particular case, we can confirm that the code for this Planeswalker deck has since expired. The expiry dates for such products can be found printed on the code card, in this case just below the green 'MTGArena.com' text. You can find more information on this in the 'Deck Products' section of our Promotions page: https://magic.wizards.com/en/promotions/
Unfortunately, as a result of this, we will not be able to add this particular deck to your account, however we welcome your valuable feedback on our current codes system. In order to provide that feedback or product suggestions about MTG Arena, please do so here. In that forum, which is also where you go to report and upvote bugs, you and other players can create new feedback entries, and upvote each others' entries if you feel they reflect your own experiences and suggestions. This feedback is reviewed directly by the Arena development team.
I’ll be glad to help you further if you have any other questions or concerns!

Don’t expire codes or don’t sell something that does not work in a way you advertised it did

Codes shouldn't expire! This just happened to me as a I bought an old sealed product. Wizards of the Coast has no reason not to give us the digital copy of the cards we bought! Unacceptable.

Shouldn't the retailers have to either refund them for the expired product and/or replace it with a non-expired product, if this is the case?
