Tapped cards requiring to tap to activate spells, shouldn't be able to activate spell.
On a few matches I lost the upper hand due to the tapped cards that require to be tapped to activate spells are still able to cast. For example, I was going to kill a tapped flying creature that attacked last turn, that has the ability to add hex proof if the controller discards a card "and" taps the creature. If the creature was already tapped how can the spell be cast???? This has happened on a few occasions on other cards as well, with the tap to activate spells. It makes no sense, yes there's ways around it with damage to all, and destroy all if its a creature, but still makes the card have a unfair advantage in game.
