Dominaria Premiere Draft - Packs stopped showing up around pack3/pick3. Autopicking happened in the background but didn't update the deck until I closed and reopened the program. Draft client is stuck on pack3/pick15 for the last 20 minutes or so. No network connection error or other message.

i couldnt see cards to pick in my neon draft. it ended up autochoosing cards for my draft deck.
I would like a refund.

in neon draft i selected a card and dragged it around, and it glitched and the card disappeared. the slot where the card was stayed black. I selected another card, then tried to select back to the slot where there disappeared card was at, but was unable to select the card. After, a different card was selected.

This game, shuffler topic aside, it's always been bug free in my experience, but that's my first inconvenience.

During a Premier Draft for Kamigawa Neon Dinasty, in the cards pick phase, the game grashed, freezing after every single click(even if the pc ram and disc were more than ok).
After that, whenever I've tried to pick a card, the selected card just vanishes, leaving a hole in the list of cards and with no pick in my deck list.

The problem occurred while playing on pc and ruined my draft experience since I had to wait until the time expires to have a card autoselected.

I would like to have my 10000 coins back for that, just to play another draft normally.

I'm sorry but haven't got any screenshot of that because it is my first time reporting a bug.

During a Neon Dynasty Premier Draft event all cards disappeared and I wasnt able to pick a card

in premier draft event, the draft would stop showing new cards and packs would not appear to go around the table, this happened pack 2 pick 11. leaving the client and restarting it showed that the draft completed, but all picks after the freeze were autopicks.

During the pick phase of the draft the game suddenly stopped and my event was ruined.
As you can see from the packs near my avatar icon it was my turn to pick a card, but i was not able to see the cards. So it was impossible to me to finish my pick phase of the draft.

I can't see two pick during a Premier draft :(

I also became unable to select draft cards.

The play environment is Mac.

I moved a card from deck to sideboard and the cards disappeared in draft.

while drafting kamigawa neon dynasty, in my 3rd pack, the rare of the pack was in my colors so I clicked it to draft. The card disappeared and didn't appear in my draft card pool. However, the card was also not available in the draft pack so I couldn't click it there. I was forced to auto-select a different card because I couldn't draft the card that disappeared.

I am playing on PC

When drafting I keep running in to bugs when trying to select cards from packs. It is usually triggered when I select a card by clicking on it to reserve the card, or clicking and dragging to reserve the card, or clicking and dragging to add the card to main deck/side board. Once I let go of the mouse button the card visually disappears from the screen. In most cases I can no longer interact with the card I tried to select. If my timer runs out the Auto selector chooses a card from the pack, but never the on I wanted to reserve. I rare cases the golden "Pick" frame around the card I want to reserve remains on the screen. In those cases I can still confirm that card - but I can no longer read the card or hover over it to interact with it (to read a double sided card etc.). If I select and reserve a different card in that pack - I can no longer change my mind and reserve the hidden card.

Some times my whole pack disappears, and I can not select any card from it. Instead I am show the promt "Waiting on other players to pass a draft pack..." But I also get my pick timer. When the pick timer runs out - it auto selects a card from my hidden pack.

I'm playing on a Mac.

I've added screenshots with examples - and added notes to the screenshots to highlight the issue. Screen shots names with time and date of bug. The bug has been a recurring problem for me for the past two years. On different Macs, different versions of the Mac OS and different versions of the Arena client. These bugs have also happened when drafting from an iOS device like my phone or iPad.

The cards remain hidden if I switch between the two different deck layouts with the deck at the bottom of the screen or on the right hand side as a list. The cards remain hidden if I close the client and rejoin the draft and if I exit the draft by going to the Home screen and rejoining the draft.

During a premier draft After the first pick i can’t view the other pack for a graphic bug (see in the video below). Can i get the gems baci? Thanks (IOS)

When drafting from a spellbook, the card is not displayed and cannot be drafted.

1. I just drafted an Arena Cube Deck and I wanted to remove a card by dragging it out of the deck but somehow it got stuck in the deck and is invisible now. I cannot find it anywhere but it is in the deck and I don't know how to remove it.
2. PC

Draft card can not be seen and not picked by clicking. UI auto pick another card instead.

I could not select cards at all during the draft phase. My cards got auto-selected.
