Black Screen After Today's Update
I did today's update this morning and now I cannot play the game. I tried booting it up 5 different times and it just keeps giving me a black screen with the music and the cursor, but that is it. Can you please tell me how to fix it?
Same unplayable on both android and windows for me after I patched this afternoon.
Same problem here. Updated, then when I launch the app it says it is connecting to server then goes to black screen with Arena curser and music. But just stays on a black screen and never loads. On a MAC. Tried restarting multiple times.
Same problem with the black screen and the music here. Tried on my Samsung Galaxy S9 and on my Mac. Both didn't work.
Same problem, after update i received seceral gift like white and red white deck. Now when i open the game the screen is black, just the music
There is a null reference exception there. We have to wait for a code fix...
For me it seemed to work fine for an hour or so, after that my friend gotr DC'd with the black screen error and then a bit later I had the same thing. Actually my game froze at the "collect reward" screen - which was a mythic wildcard -.- - and since then wouldn't boot up again...
After doing my first normal game after I finished the color challenge, it said I received several things including a red/white deck. Clicking the claim button didn't work anymore.
I exited the game with alt+f4.
After I tried to start the game again I get a black screen with the menu sound/music.
When looking at the logs I see a nullpointerexception:
17:15 is of the time when the initial problem happened.
19:10 is when I cannot even play anymore (e.g. black screen after it is logged in).
Hope these logs help you to fix it.

Don't know if it has something to do with adding bucket files to solve the "requesting format data" problem

Yup getting same issue on my phone as well. After the update the screen went black and all you can hear is the background noise.

I'm having the same issue. Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5g on T-Mobile. I Google and tried everything I could find to fix it. Apn, vpn, uninsyall reinstall etc...
