I just got kicked out of a paying Strixhaven premier draft (BO1) event as my third win was counted as a loss (went from 2-2 to 2-3 instead of 3-2). I would certainly hope that I at least get my gems back for the draft.
(Maybe) relevant facts:
-opponent conceded during the match after which the problem occured
-first four matches had been played during an earlier play session (around 00h-02h GMT+2 this morning) and I was just getting back on the game at 6pm.
- I can't capture the log file and/or find it on my computer - the "capture log" button doesn't give any feedback in the MTGA interface so I have no way of knowing if it does anything.

This is of course frustratingly annoying, fun and moneywise.

After putting an opponent at 0 life, when I returned to the event screen it ticked up a loss, ending my event 100 gems short of being able to play again. This has caused a barrier to me continuing to play and needs to be addressed. I am playing on PC and have not experienced any issues of late.

Opponent conceded in an Ikoria Quick Draft game and was recorded as a loss, ending my event at X-3 instead of letting me continue at X-2.

I was playing a quick draft game. was 1-2 in my series. i just won the game. My opponent got hit for 8 and ended on -2. I won the game. I got to the client and it was considered a loss so i got 1-3. That should not be happening.

Won the game but was given a loss. As you can see in the clip, I attacked for lethal and got the victory screen but when returning to the lobby had 3 losses and my draft ended. I wouldn't have been able to play the game if I had 3 losses.

I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!

System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

Playing Traditional Draft Zendikar Rising, won one match, then second match went 2-1 in my favor.
I see my rank decrease after the match, and then I see the system has registered a loss for me.
I don't know if it's related, but because of lifelink my opponent bounced from -3 hp to 0 in the lethal turn, other than that I didn't notice anything unusual.
I looked through the logs, it's the last game played, I think it starts around line 18625 (not sure I read it correctly), and the end is at line 19519
