Confusing card text
I believe it would be better to say “to” the bottom of the library and not “on.” Consistent with “from”

I believe (if not mistaken) that text is actually right. I mean, the structure would be "Put target card from a graveyard on its owner's library" which you can substitute "target card from a graveyard" with "it". "Put (it) on its owner's library. The structure, gramatically speaking is "to put something on". I hope this helps :D
