On Brawl, my opponent used Vorinclex but the mana value of Vorinclex is 4 of colorless value and 2 of green mana. My opponent could casted it with only 5 manas value and he didnt have another card that allowed it.
After that I destoyed and then now my opponent needed 8 manas to cast it, and again he could casted it with only 7 manas.
