Incorrect rules/interactions
When you play the combo with ‘Tefery’s Tutelage’ and ‘Into The Story’, the resolution is that target opponent mills 2 cards 4 times as four cards are drawn. Even though the act of drawing cards occurs once, not 4 separate times.
When you play ‘Revitalize’ with ‘Dina, Soul Steeper’ on the field, Dina’s ability should drain all 3 life points not just one. The reason this is is in the text. The act of gaining life happens once with revitalize, so one point is lost through Dina, even though 3 life was gained.
How is the act of drawing 4 cards at once considered 4 separate events?

Tefery´s tutelage doesn’t mention « when you draw cards.... » but « when you draw A card... » that means the effect happen for every single cards drawn.
For Dina’s ability, it says « when you gain life », it means in general. With revitalize, you gain 3 life ONE time. Compared to Vito’s ability which says « whenever you gain life, the target opponent loses that MUCH life » which explain why with Revitalize, the opponent lose 3 life with Vito and only one with Dina
