After the small update on 7/15/2025, I am now experiencing this bug even after reinstalling.
Very frustrating.

Im having same problem since last week ... Cant get past this screen without getting kicked back to login

This problem comes in and out with various patches, but it's been around since about two weeks ago, starting early September. It only occurs on my desktop application... works fine on my phone and on my laptop.

I´m getting this error since 07/28/2021. I was playing normaly when the opponent cast Embercleave the game crashed and don´t load anymore.

I too am getting this error since the update that released AFR. Using Mac OS 11.5, 2.5gz quad core processor and 16 gb ram with AMD Radeon M370X 2GB graphics card.

The game launches from the Epic Games store as expected, loads properly until the "loading initial scene" section, then crashes to desktop with no warning. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the game is currently unplayable.
