Direct Challenge and Friend Challenge bugged
The only way to challenge friends is via Direct Challenge and you both have to issue a challenge and know each other's name. Clicking on the Silhouette in the lower left hand corner and issuing a challenge don't work anymore and hasn't since the last two updates. I have tested this on both desktop computer and mobile phone.

My main reason for playing MTG Arena is to play online with friends in my home country of Ireland. It is quite distressing not to be able to do this after several years of enjoyable play. Can this not be fixed as a matter of urgency? Even trying direct challenge I am not able to play with a friend. No matter what we try when I have issued the challenge and chosen a deck I get the error message (after a long pause) "Unable to submit deck. Please try again later." Using direct challenge gets the same result. I even tried opening a new account with a different e-mail address and I have the same problem there. I've tried using different computers, all to no avail. I guess it is time to find a new game to play.

My mom and I wanted to play together, but we live states away so we can't play in person. Every single time we try to do either a direct challenge or a challenge issued from the friends list, it says there's a network error and the deck couldn't be added. It's not our internet connection, in any other situation in the game the network is fine and stays connected. Apparently, other people are having this issue and have received no response for the last few years. I've logged out, I've restarted the game, I've restarted my laptop, I've tried other decks, stuck to starter decks, and even done the toggle online/offline suggestion for the only semi-related FAQ solution. Please fix this.
