Outdated client version
I’m not sure I’m reporting my problem properly and am unsure if this counts as a bug, bet everything i look up keeps leading me here so hoping this is the right path.
Anyways, So I play on iOS (currently up to date on latest iOS) and i have been trying to launch MTG ARENA for two days now since the new patches and when I launch the ap I get the message: ‘outdated client version. An update is required for compatibility. Please visit your App Store to the latest MTG arena app and log in again.’ With it i am given the options of ‘cancel’ or ‘ok’.
If i hit ‘Cancel’ the options are replaced with ‘forums’ which send me to the forums where, according to the site, everything should be working.
If i hit ‘ok’ it sends me to the App Store where the app only says ‘open’.
If I go to my recent apps to be try to update it there it’s not listed even if i refresh it.
So when I press ‘open’ it just loops back to the same ‘outdated client version message with the ‘forum’ button or, if i closed the app ‘cancel’ and ‘okay’
So yeah, please help
I’m running the game on iPhone XR iOS 14.0.1. The game doesn’t launch. Everytime I try it just show the message “outdated client version”. If I go to App Store there’s no update to do, just the “open” button. I’ve tried to unistall e re-install the app and there’s the same issue.
