Unlimited deck storage on local disk
I've found myself limited by the deck slots available to me. I know that it is possible to export and import decks, but the process is a bit tedious if repeated often. Since the limitation is probably there to prevent people from spamming the servers, I wonder if it would be possible to have a checkbox somewhere in options to enable storing your decks directly on your local disk instead of the game servers, without any deck amount limit. That would really be handy for people who want to have a larger creative freedom, since the only issue it virtually poses is that it disables synchronization between devices. Please consider it.

The total size should be unlimited. The fact that it's not is a joke. I could personally store the entirety of every arena deck on a single hard drive. It's literally just a text file of a few kb each. In terms of spamming servers, they can prevent that by other means like checking to ensure only x many decks can be made each hour.
Furthermore, not that I support this method. But they could even monetize it. pay 100 coins to get a new deck slot.

I love your idea! I don't know if Wizards would do this without some sort of monetary gain for their extra work (even though QoL improvements lead to more engagement and card purchases). I had made a suggestion very similar to this, but was asking for a 'purchasable upgrade' to be able to increase my deck limit.
Of course with your suggestion it would be free to me, and unlimited in size, so it's the better idea. But I'd personally be willing to pay some gems to be able to upgrade my storage if that's what it takes. If you feel the same, please vote on my suggestion as well.
I voted on your suggestion, but it doesnt seem like many people are wanting more deck slots; the votes have been low in any suggestions I've been able to find relating to increasing deck slots. We need all the votes we can get so I hope you'll vote on mine as well. When I have some spare time I'll make a reddit post and link both our suggestions to get the word out.
