Long known bug and nothing is done. I still cannot get my decks. Of course, they won't try anything to give you your free decks.
Problem is I live in France, and we have a very agressive consumer law against this kind of felony.
So, WotC, you should really fix it fast, or I'll find enough customers to sue you. Because if you dispise players this much, what can me us think you will find any solution to upcoming bugs if it allows you to earn money ?

I am new to magic and all I can play is bot match because all my colours are stuck at the last one(network error). Makes me want to just uninstall and quit playing

It has been a while so I dont know if the creators have the intention to fix it.... It not cool because when you finish the challenge it unlocks pre made decks to play with...

I wanted to get into Magic, but this makes the game unplayable. Will buying a deck make it playable?

I've been having the same problem ever since I created this account. I ran through the first 3 events perfectly, but I was never able to finish the last red and black events due to a "Network error". I stopped playing the game for almost two years before I came back because of this. I created a new account (GoodMorning#60089) a few days ago and it worked perfectly fine, it's just not working when I sign onto this account. I would switch accounts, but I've already sunk too much money into this account. I've already tried all of the solutions to fix this, and I've tried three different computers (which one of them, my friend was able to complete these on his account). Why hasn't this been fixed already? I'm sure that there are not that many people that have this problem if you put it into a percentage, that being said, there are still a lot of people with the same issue as we are all having. It hasn't been fixed over YEARS.

Well, don't release a game if it is unfinished.
Just uninstalled it, since it is certainly not the only bug in the game.

Same issue can't finish last color challenge

I am also experiencing this issue on iOS and PC. WoTC, can we please get a fix or awarded the decks at the minimum as a workaround? I am itching to play but have not even a single eligible deck :(

I think MTG abandoned the "Color Challenge" part of the game. I've getting the Network Error on the final White challenge for awhile now. It doesn't make them any money to fix and it's been like this for months so it's safe to assume they are just running the portions of the game they can monetize or make money from.

Is wizards of the coast going to fix this ever? Kind of a big deal, because until I finish the challenges, I cannot progress...kind of a pointless game to not be able to actually play the game. Trying to keep it on my phone in case it gets fixed, but only for so long.
