Card i got from pack isnt in my library
I opened two packs and went to include the new cards I got from my packs and it does not show up in my library. It's like I never got the cards. this is on android

same here - 3rd time i have cared to check on a card and it wasnt added. I can craft it just fine, but why should i have too if i open it from a pack?
Last time i put in a support issue i sent logs and the response was - sorry the card you are claiming you opened was not part of any pack you opened. Nevermind the picture i sent.
Today no Taigam. And yes it only happens with the most rare cards. image how broken this really is because people dont care to check or they use the "open all packs" feature.
