Yor Pricing model is way to expensive.
I'm a player of Magic for more than 20 years. I have played almost everything that came out in digital form over the years and I own an unimpressive collection of paper cards but sizeable in my eyes. I'm no pro, just a casual player and all in all I think I've spent 2000-3000 € in my lifetime on the paper game. Although I've been playing arena for about 2 years now, I have spent 0 on it Trust me I want to. I enjoy it! A lot! More than I have any other digital magic game. And I would love to be spending money on it here and there IF that money was worth spending. But I'm afraid it's not. 20€+ for a pack of crystals that will get you 1 pet and a sleeve or some stylised cards is just insane. I would rather play for free, thank you. There is so much content, cards, events, mastery passes, styles, that you can spent the crystals and it would be really tempting to buy them if they were cheap. But they are not and you get nothing from me and I'm sure there are a LOT of players like me that don't spend anything but they would with lower prices. It would be a lot more profitable for you if you lowered your prices. If your crystal prices were 10-20% of what they are now, then your transactions would increase 10000%. It's better to get less money from millions of people than getting a lot from thousands. Don't trust my word on it, do a survey, halve the prices for a month, do something, You'll see that people will pay! You'll be making a lot more and gamers would be a lot happier. There is no excuse for the current prices, we are talking for digital content here anyway. If you decide to end the servers, that's it for everyone. All our money down the drain. If anyone listens, thank you.

Same here! And I already spend hundreds of $ to MTGA (and MTGO), but I'm done with it since Patch 2023.26.10 (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/15739052065684-Patch-Notes-2023-26-10). After that, I didn't spent any money and I won't do it untill there is a huge reduction in pricing. I loved to draft a lot, and would re-start playing drafts if pricing policy would be reduced.
