I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared

I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared.

I still have the card in my collection, but When I go in the sealed event, It only offers me to start a new sealed event.

I'd like to be reimboursed my 2000 gems.....

here’s some additionnal information. I started the sealed event on my pc and just got to open the packs. Then I had to go check on my food in the kitchen, So I launched my game on my phone, then I saw in the menu that only the strixhaven event were there, so I realised that I was missing the patch on my mobile. When I went back on my pc, thats when the bug occured.

If you check my transaction/balance log for my gems, you’ll see that I went from 2900 to 900, and now that my event is gone, i didn’t even receive a 0 win reward, it just went poof
