I had this problem on my PC but I was finally able to log in!!

I solved it by uninstalling it cleanly and installing it again.

I received an update available announcement during my match and prior to getting disconnected. I think your server still thinks that I am in the match and the match doesn't exist any more so throws the authentication error, perhaps try removing 'in match' flag from my account. A refund of gems from the draft would be appreciated also.

I'm using a Mac to play Arena and using the proper credentials (the same used to log in here and on mobile) I get an error that says it's unable to authenticate for my user name.

I cannot log in using my computer and although my phone is technically a supported platform, it's not usable in real life. How can this be resolved?
