Missing Cards After Opening Packs
opened packs and received 3 Planeswalkers and only have 1 in my collection. I could also be missing other cards as I did not check the entire log vs my collection as there were a ton of packs.

This keeps happening to me, please fix your game!
Edit: I think I found one of the cards, it was only usable in historic... really feels bad opening cards I can't use in popular game modes, especially when it's from a new pack

This seems to be a continuing issue. It's happened to me a few times, but I assumed I didn't correctly see the cards, but recently I opened packs & got some cards I was excited to make a deck with & when I went to the deck builder/collection they were all missing & it looked like I had not opened any packs. I hope this is fixed soon.

i bought 10 packs to get the dual golden pack. and have opened several of the packs from mastery and havent recieved any of the cards or am missing a ton of them i should have got. what do we do to get them back?
