Encountered this error for the third time now.

One reward when it should have been three.

Any player who play this event 9 times (18,000 in gold) should be compensated ALL skins. Several players want to grind out and capture every style then get back to Ranked. Arena is impeding your customer's progress. This is a real feel bad moment WOTC.

Encountered this bug in 6 different events now, the first 5 only provided 2 styles when it should have been 3 and this last time I received 0 styles when it should have been 3. Thats 8 card styles I've been shorted. That's 6,000-8,000 gold worth of wasted event fees not to mention the time invested to complete them.

Does WotC historically provide reimbursement for bugs that do not grant earned rewards?

I'm having the same problem. It stated correctly, then when I partecipated in the last 4 tries i started getting fewer and fewer card styles (one 2 styles, twice 1 style, and lastly zero styles) despite I got 3 wins every time. Money reward was correct. I'm currently missing 2 card styles, and I won't be able to play in the next 2 weeks. Missing styles should be for Zalto, fire giant duke and hama pashar, ruin seeker.

I just finished a 3-0 run and received ZERO card styles. I figured that meant I had completed the set, but I went through the list and I'm missing a number of styles. Earlier I had the issue that other people were complaining about (getting 2 instead of 3 for 3 wins) but I wasn't that worried about it because the event is fun. But I would like to finish eventually. 0 styles is not ok.

It happened again. Missing another card.

The same happened to me.

Went 3-0 and only got 2 of the styles.

Just really hoping this issue is fixed soon. I would have had 24 of the 27 styles collected, but then it only gave me the 1 card style. Missing 4 card styles and I don't want to waste my time and resources on broken systems.

I have been receiving the wrong number of card style rewards, 2 instead of 3 for the 2 and 3 win rewards.

Attached logs and a screen shot - my last run I took three wins and received zero card styles, only gold.

Yawning portal event won't give me the last 3 card styles I need. The last 2 times I entered I received 2000 gold but not the chittering skeleton, Nadaar, or Hama Pashaar card styles.

I had the same issue, although I was happy with Nadaar

I experienced the same, I had 3 wins and got 2000 coins and only 2 cards styles. I kept track of the card styles I got and my last win would have brought my card styles to 24, but now I'm still missing 4:

Barrowin of Clan Undurr
Clattering Skeletons
Hama Pashar, Ruin Seeker
Varis, Silverymoon Ranger

I now have screenshot of my last win and I didn't get any card styles even though I'm still missing 4. I should have completed all the card styles already.

Same issue have complete 6 times and three of six times only received 2 rewards rather than 3

The Yawning Portal event has not been giving me the correct rewards. Sometimes when I should be allocated 3 rewards I'm only getting two or one, and sometimes when I should be getting 2 I only receive one. This has happened multiple times. I've played this event many times over the last few days and don't know how many rewards I've missed out on...I was trying to collect all of them but now I'm hesitant to play it more.

I've spent both gems and gold to enter this event.

I have, on two occasions, failed to receive a third card skin reward after completing the Yawning Portal event with two or three wins. I instead only received two card skins and the appropriate amount of gold.

To pay to participate, the time taken playing unranked to get rewards then to not get full loot is aggravating. Wizards should reward all styles to anyone who played 9 events ...

I have now done 6 runs with 3 wins each and have currently the total 14 card style rewards.
This has happened to me three times, missing 1 reward(2 times) and missing 2 rewards(1 time).
The las one took a print on the rewards.

To reproduce: play Yawning Portal, after having received several of the card skins already (the more, the better).
After you win or lose three times, you will receive prizes.

Expected: if you won 0 or 1 times, you receive 2 card skins; if you won 2 or 3 times, you receive 3 instead.

Result: sometimes you receive fewer prizes than expected. (Every time this has happened to me, I "lost" only one prize.)

I have 20 styles now, and I recall having only received 2 styles when I won 3 games for THREE times. Only managed to get a screenshot out of the 3.
