Unable to log in: Timeout
Having troubles getting into the game and there is this error notification "timeout" attached to it, I didn't really find anywhere else. Using my PC on Windows 8, experienced the same issue on my Surface (Windows 10) too though.

Same issue here on iPad. First it said attach can’t drop previous attach, now it keeps saying login timeout.

try to launch mtg arena as admin, i had ther same issue and that work for me:
press windows button search "mtg arena", right clic on it and select "open the file location"
you will see a folder with a shortcut to mtg arena right clic on it on select "property" then click on " file location" again, then you will see MTGALauncher.exe, right clic and run it as admin
then you can re-run it without admin privilege, it will workplease don't play mill decks and take care
