Customer Feedback page reports "Couldn't submit your request" after clicking "Submit" but the request shows up anyways.
When clicking "Submit" on an idea, I am greeted by a red "Sorry, couldn't submit your request" error message. The request goes through anyways but this could result in users double or triple posting ideas/bug reports.

I was trying to submit a visual bug report and the error message showed up 3 times hence the reason I posted this bug here. When I submitted this bug, the error message didn't show up but maybe it will show up for someone else :)
